Creating Your Own Hygienic Line at Home

location: Elder and Sage

time: 6:00-7:30 pm

details: Speaker – Heather Dexter from Earth Mother’s Health Services In this 1-hour class you will learn what ingredients to look out for in your personal hygiene products. We will discuss how those ingredients can affect our bodies. You will receive recipes for creating your own natural deodorant, toothpaste and shampoos at home. We will finish this class by creating toothpaste to sample and take home.

Materni-tea with Sage Birth Doulas

location: Hopscotch Children’s Store

time: 6:00-7:00 pm

details: If you are expecting a baby, then you are invited to join us for an evening of conversation, information-and tea! Sage Birth Co-op, a local co-op of child birth professionals invites you to see how a birth doula, childbirth educator or postpartum doula can support you and help support your childbirth plan. Each week we will have a different discussion related to birth, postpartum and the transition to parenthood.
